Sludge Treatment Services – Reception And Utilization Of Fine And Closed Well Sludge. The Subject Of This Procurement Is The Reception And Processing Of Sewage Sludge And Closed Tank Sludge, Which Is The Responsibility Of The Municipality, As Well As Other Sludge Generated In Housing, In Accordance With Section 32 And Section 33 Of The Waste Act (646/2011). Based On Section 32 Of The Waste Act, The Municipality Is Responsible For Organizing The Waste Management Of Sedimentation And Closed Tank Sludge Generated In Permanent Housing, Leisure Housing, Dormitories And Other Housing. The Contracted Contract Covers The Reception, Processing And Related Services Of All Sludge Falling Within The Scope Of The Municipalitys Statutory Responsibility For Organizing. Sludge To Be Received And Processed Is Collected From Different Property-Specific Wastewater Systems, Such As: * Septic Tanks, * Closed Tanks, * Small-Scale Treatment Plants And * Other Similar Tank And Treatment Systems Containing Sludge. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Residential Sludge That Falls Under The Municipalitys Waste Management Responsibility, As Well As Business Sludge Received On The Basis Of The Municipalitys Secondary Waste Management Service (Tsv) In Accordance With Section 33 Of The Waste Act. Other Sludges Generated In Business, Industry, Agriculture Or Similar Activities Are Not Covered By This Agreement. The Service Provider Must Organize The Reception And Processing Of Sludge In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, Official Regulations And Environmental Permit Conditions.
