Forestry Services – Dynamic Purchasing System - Provision Of Forest Management Services In The Forest Districts Of The Regional Directorate Of State Forests In Radom In The Years 2026–2030. Regional Directorate Of State Forests In Radom (Plenipotentiary Of The Ordering Party), Acting Pursuant To Art. 37 Section 2-4 And Art. 38 Of The Public Procurement Law, Is Conducting Proceedings To Establish A Dynamic Purchasing System And Qualify Contractors For The Dsz On Behalf Of 23 Ordering Parties - Forest Districts Mentioned In The Announcement. The Representative Accepts And Evaluates Applications For Admission To The Dsz And Maintains And Updates The List Of Contractors Admitted To The System. Individual Procurement Procedures Covered By The Dsz Are Conducted Independently By The Relevant Forest Districts, Which Determine The Detailed Subject Of The Contract, Send Invitations To Submit Offers To All Contractors Admitted To The Dsz And Entitled To Apply For A Given Contract, Examine And Evaluate The Offers, Select The Most Advantageous Offer And Conclude An Agreement. The Number Of Contractors Admitted To Dsz Is Not Limited. Contractors May Submit Applications To Participate In The Dsz Throughout Its Entire Duration.
