Unleaded Petrol – Supply Of Fuel, Lubricants And Other Vehicle Maintenance Items For One Year From The Signing Of The Contract For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Aegina And The Municipal Port Fund For The Years 2026-2027. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Fuel, Lubricants & Other Vehicle Maintenance Items For A Period Of One Year From The Signing Of The Contract, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of The Municipal Port Fund Of Aegina, Total Budgeted Expenditure Of €343,462.50, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Study No. 37/2026 (Not Including Group D And E Of The Relevant Study Number 37/2026, Which Concerns The Supply Of Lubricants & Other Vehicle Maintenance Items, Which Are Removed From This Tender In Order To Assign Their Supply By Way Of Derogation, By Direct Assignment, In Accordance With Par. 10 Of Article 6 Of Law 4412/2016) Any Tenderer May Participate In The Tender Submitting An Offer To All, In One Or More Groups (Group A - Group B - Group C) Of The Items To Be Supplied, But Is Obliged To Supply The Entire Quantity Of Fuel Of Each Group Of The Budget Without Exception.
