Event Services – Organization Of Events Related To The Topic Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Educational And Information Events Related To The Topic Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska (Counties: Chrzanów, Olkusz, Oświęcim And Wadowice). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Organize A Minimum Of 5 And A Maximum Of 20 One-Day Local Development Workshops (For A Minimum Of 7 And A Maximum Of 15 Participants Each) And A Minimum Of 2 And A Maximum Of 8 Seminars (For A Minimum Of 21 And A Maximum Of 35 Participants Each). For Each Event, The Contractor Will Provide: A Room With Full Technical Equipment In The Communes/Counties Indicated By The Ordering Party, Logistics Service, A Substantive Person (Trainer/Speaker Meeting Specific Requirements In Terms Of Experience And Knowledge), Active Recruitment Of Participants (Including Printing And Hanging Posters) And Catering (Coffee Service With Snacks). The Events Will Be Local Development Workshops And Expert Seminars, With An Emphasis On Local Conditions Of Energy And Climate Transformation, Social Participation And Good Practices. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 5. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Building A Cooperation Network And Monitoring The Just Transformation Process In The Małopolska Voivodeship, Which Is Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program. 6.
