The Subject Of The Service Is The Conception, Implementation, Quality Assurance As Well As Support In The Commissioning And Operation Of The New Reporting Platform Of The Wibank (Wirtschafts- Und Architekturbank Hessen), An Institution Within An Institution (Aida) In The Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba). In Addition, This Includes The Ongoing Development Of The Platform Created As Part Of The Project. The Existing Information Portal Currently Forms Wibanks Central Data Warehouse And Reporting System. It Consolidates Data From Various Source Systems And Provides Reports Based On It As Well As Notifications For Funding Programs Of The European Union, The Federal Government And The State Of Hesse. The Aim Of The Project Is To Provide A New Reporting Platform For The Finance And Accounting, Risk Management And Treasury Departments. This Includes, In Particular, The Connection To Sap Wibank As The Initial Operational Source System, The Development Of The “Reporting” Data Mart, The Transfer Of Historical Data From The Existing Information Portal And The Implementation Of The Defined Target Reports. After The Project Is Completed, The Developed Platform Will Be Expanded As Part Of Continuous Development. This Particularly Includes Connecting Additional Source Systems, Setting Up Additional Data Marts And Migrating Additional Reports From The Existing Information Portal. In The Long Term, The Existing Information Portal Is To Be Completely Replaced And Decommissioned. All Services Must Be Provided On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement And Therefore Only Upon Separate Call/Individual Order.
