The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Work To Develop The Public Spaces Of Block 2 Of The Zac Franciades-Opéra In Massy. The Work Is Part Of The Development Of The Surroundings Of The Real Estate Program Under Nexity Project Management And Includes In Particular The Construction Of Roads, Pedestrian Paths, Squares, Various Networks, Rainwater Management Works, Surface Covering, Street Furniture, Plantings And Landscaping. A Significant Part Of The Development Is Carried Out On The Parking Slab Of The Nexity Program. Companies Will Have To Integrate This Major Constraint Into The Organization And Execution Of Their Work, Particularly With Regard To Earthworks, Admissible Loads And Interfaces. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Several Phases In Order To Take Into Account The Progress Of The Real Estate Program, The Operating Constraints Of The Site And The Interfaces With Other Stakeholders In The Operation.
