Île-De-France Mobilités Wishes, In Application Of The Provisions Of Decree No. 2011-1474 Of November 8, 2011 Relating To The Participation Of Local Authorities And Their Public Establishments In The Financing Of Complementary Social Protection For Their Employees, To Renew With Effect From May 1, 2027 A Participation Agreement For “Complementary Health” (Lot 1) For, Without Condition Of Seniority: - Its Trainee Agents And Holders Affiliated To The Cnracl - Its Permanent Agents Affiliated To Ircantec (- 28 Hours Per Week) - Its Public Law Contractual Agents - Its Private Law Employees - Civil Servants Received On Secondment By The Community - Civil Servants Made Available To The Community - Apprentices - Retired Agents Of Which Ile De France Mobilités Is The Last Employer - Widows Of Civil Servants And Non-Permanent Agents Of Île De France Mobilités Already Covered. Île De France Mobilités Also Wishes To Put In Place, In Application Of The Provisions Of Law No. 2025-1251 Of December 22, 2025 Relating To The Complementary Social Protection Of Territorial Public Agents, To Renew With Effect From April 1, 2027 A Participation Agreement For The Coverage Of “Foresight” Guarantees (Lot 2) For, Without Condition Of Seniority: - Its Trainee Agents And Holders Affiliated To The Cnracl ; -Its Holder Agents Affiliated With Ircantec (Less Than 28 Hours Per Week); - Its Public Law Contractual Agents - Its Private Law Employees - Civil Servants Received On Secondment By The Community - Civil Servants Made Available To The Community - Apprentices Retirees Are Not Concerned By “Foresight” (Lot 2). The Beneficiaries Are All Île-De-France Mobility Employees, Whether They Are Civil Servants, Contract Workers Or Private Law Employees, And Their Declared Beneficiaries.
