Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Developed Field Systems and Equipment / NODAL System with Training. To obtain tender documents in which the technical specifications, the contractual conditions and standard documents are described against non-refundable amount of (2,500,000 ID) two million five hundred thousand Iraqi Dinars which should be applied. The amount shall be refundable only in case of cancellation of the said tender. Bidders must submit a bid bond in favor of OEC with an amount of (247,770 USD) two hundred forty seven thousand seven hundred seventy USD In the form of bank guarantee, certified check or bank draft from Iraqi accredited bank with a validity period of (120 days).
