COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Office of the Director of Procurement, North Core, beside Aper Aku Auditorium, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per lot. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bids for each desired lot: two (2) hard copies and a soft copy (USB Flash drive) each of the Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a larger sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Procurement, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission of bids at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 30 September, 2026, at the VCs Conference Room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives and interested members of the public. The Financial bids will remain unopened until the next procurement stage. Bids must be in English and signed by an official authorized by the bidder. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission will be returned unopened. c. Bidders should not bid for more than one (1) lot; contravention is automatic disqualification. d. Failure to submit the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) signed by an official authorized by the bidder shall automatically result in the rejection of tenders. e. The document must be arranged sequentially in order with a content page; failure to do so will render the submission invalid. A copy of the document must be an exact copy of the original document in all particulars; any deviation shall not be accepted. All documents must be paginated and signed. Any unpaginated or unsigned document attracts outright disqualification. f. All bid processing costs shall be borne by the bidders. g.
