Tenders are invited for Remodeling, Furnishing and Equipping of Medical Store Complex. 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Medical Director, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, opposite Shagari Low-Cost, Barnawa Kaduna within the working hours on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per lot, paid into the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Barnawas Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid in two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids one (1) original & one (1) photocopy with and one (1) Electronic copy on a flash drive for both technical and financial (financial bid only in MS Excel format), packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope address to The Medical Director, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Opposite Shagari Low-Cost, Barnawa Kaduna and clearly marked with the name of the project. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name, address and GSM number of the bidding firm and then addressed to; and drop in the designed Tender Box at the office of the Medical Director, federal neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Opposite Shagari Low-Cost, Barnawa Kaduna State. (i) The bids should be submitted to the above address not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 21st September, 2026. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at the hospitals Board Room, in the presence of the Parastatals Tenders Board members, bidders or their representatives and observers. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid submission Register in the office of the Medical Director, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Opposite Shagari Low-Cost, Barnawa Kaduna, as the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Kaduna will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 7.0 GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; c. All cost will be borne by the bidders; d. The Technical Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, CSOs in the areas of Anti-Corruption and Transparency and Private Professional bodies and will be covered by video recording; invitation link will be sent to bidder who chooses to join the bid opening online; e. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened; f. This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Kaduna nor shall it entitle responding contractors or suppliers to sue any indemnity from Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Kaduna by virtue of the contractors having responded to the Advertisement. g. False claims and failure to comply with the specification instructions stated above will automatically disqualify the Bid. h. The Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital Kaduna is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
