The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Górna Street In Sieradz By Laying A 410 M Long Bituminous Overlay With Bituminous Mass Exits Along With 0.5 M Wide Roadsides On Both Sides With A Crushed Aggregate Surface 50 Cm Thick With A 6% Slope. 2. The Following Activities Should Be Performed As Part Of The Order: - Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, - Measurement Works For Linear Earthworks, - Mechanical Dismantling Of The Surface, - Milling Of The Bituminous Surface, - Construction Of A Trough, - Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, - Foundation Made Of A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregates, - Sprinkling The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion, - Making A Surface Of Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, - Planting The Area With Roadsides (Cutting Or Filling With Soil), - Vertical Adjustment Of Underground Fittings, - Surveying Services Along With Post-Construction Inventory. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
