1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Partial Renovation Of Paved Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The Gózd Commune. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Partial Renovation Of 7 Paved Sections Of Municipal Roads, Including: 1) Paved Municipal Road Grzmucin Towards Remiza (Annex No. 11A)2) Paved Municipal Road Grzmucin - Pętla (Annex No. 11B)3) Paved Municipal Road In The Town Of Kiedrzyn (Annex No. 11C)4) Paved Municipal Road Klwatka Towards Jedlnia (Annex No. 11D)5) Paved Municipal Road Klwatka Through Wieś (Annex 11E)6) Paved Municipal Road Małęczyn Ul. Bankowa (Annex. No. 11F)7) Paved Municipal Road Małęczyn - Grzmucin - Wojsławice (Annex. No. 11G) The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Carry Out Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of Municipal Roads, To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Of The Offer Cost Estimate (Annex. No. 11A - 11G). • Perform All Other Works And Activities Necessary To Perform The Construction Work - Resulting From The Provisions Of The Law Construction, Including, Among Others: Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Development And Marking Of The Construction Site, Surveying Services, • Make Construction Site Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Works, Maintain Law And Order During The Execution Of The Works, And After The Works Are Completed, Remove These Devices And Tidy Up The Area, • Mark The Work Area In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, • Prepare As-Built Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Work Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Bill Of Quantities Of Works (Annex No. 11A-11G) Constituting Annexes To This Specification. If The Manufacturers Names Or Other Proper Names Are Used In The Documentation Referred To Above, It Should Be Assumed That They Serve Only To Clarify The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Order Should Be Made Of Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. The Materials And Devices Used Should Be Of The First Quality And Dimensions, Have Appropriate Certificates And Material Attestations For Use In Construction, And Ensure Operational Efficiency. If The Documentation Indicates In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 3-5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites.
