The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Which Includes: Development Of Design Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Traffic Light At A Pedestrian Crossing In Ul. Armii Krajowej At The Intersection With Ul. Starbacicha. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On Traffic Measurements And The Construction Of A Traffic Light. 1. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages And Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Based On Traffic Measurements, Agreeing On The Documentation To The Necessary Extent, Obtaining All Consents, Permits And Authorizations Required By Law And Submitting A Notification (Stage I) And Performing Construction Works (Stage Ii) Related To The Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Pedestrian Crossing In Ul. Armii Krajowej At The Intersection With Starbacicha Street. A) As Part Of Stage I Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare Complete, Comprehensive Design Documentation In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Pfu - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Detailed Information Related To This Is Included In The Ffu - Annex No. 10 To The Swzb) Stage Ii Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Traffic Light At The Pedestrian Crossing In Ul. Armii Krajowej At The Intersection With Starbacicha Street In Skierniewice Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Agreed In Accordance With The Technical Requirements And Other Documentation Collected In Stage I. The Contractor Also Provides Full Surveying Services And As-Built Inventory. Note:1) Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Manufacturer Or Other Marks That May Identify A Specific Product. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Ffu, Provided That They Have At Least The Same Or Better Technical And Functional Parameters And Do Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Documentation.2) If The Contractor Proposes Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A List Of All Proposed Materials, Devices Or Other Equivalent Elements And Demonstrate Their Equivalence In Relation To The Solutions Described In The Ffu. 3) All Equivalent Materials Or Other Elements Proposed By The Contractor Must: A) Have Technical, Operational And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Order Documentation, B) Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Regulations And Have The Required Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Attestations Or Other Documents Confirming Approval For Use, If Required By Law. 4) A Description Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Be Attached To The Offer And Must Be Detailed Enough To Enable The Ordering Party, When Assessing The Offer, To Assess The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Their Technical Parameters And Decide Whether The Offered Solutions Are Equivalent.
