The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of The Street Surface. Ogrodowa In Chełmiec. The Scope Of The Order Includes: The Renovation Will Include Milling Of The Asphalt Surface, Stabilization Of The Lower Base Layer, Stabilization Of The Upper Base Layer Made Of Crushed Aggregate, Construction Of The Asphalt Surface With A Binding And Wearing Layer, And Roadsides Will Also Be Made. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively.
