The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Modernization Of Garbage Shelters, Which Involves Preparing Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Approvals, Opinions, Derogations, Notifications Or Administrative Decisions, And The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of Ten Existing Brick Garbage Shelters And The Construction Of Ten New Modular Garbage Shelters, Along With The Necessary Preparation Of The Ground And Surface In The Immediate Area Of ​​The Works.2.The Scope Includes In Particular The Demolition Of Existing Shelters, Local Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Surface, Construction Of Foundations And Anchoring Of The Structure, Delivery And Installation Of New Shelters, Installation Of Gutters And Controlled Drainage Of Water From The Roofs, And Tidying Up The Work Area. The Basic Scope Does Not Include The Construction Of Replacement Parking Spaces, Reconstruction Of Parking Lots Or Construction Of New Parking Spaces For People With Disabilities.3.The Aim Of The Investment Is To Provide Correct, Safe, Durable And Aesthetic Waste Collection Sites For All Required Fractions, While Maintaining Accessibility, Operational Service And Compliance With The Local Development Plan.
