Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Fire Road No. 9 In The Węgorzyno Forest District - Section I

3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Section Of A Forest Road With A Length Of 635.00 Meters, Located On Plot No. 427/1, Rev. Ciecholub, Commune Kępice, Poviat Słupsk. The Plot Includes Ls Class Land Belonging To The State Treasury And Managed By Pgl Lp Of The Dretyń Forest District. The Planned Project Includes The Construction Of A Construction Facility - A Forest Road With Accompanying Infrastructure In The Form Of A Wood Warehouse. The Investment Will Include Unblocking Ditches Along The Forest Road And Cutting Down Trees And Bushes. The Section Of Fire Road No. 9 Begins At The Exit From District Road No. 1147G. The Section Of The Road Covered By The Study Is Approximately 635 M Long. The Road Serves As Fire Access Road No. 9 And As An Export Road For Forest Management Purposes. It Serves The Forest Complexes Of The Węgorzyno Forest District. Flat Terrain, With Local Hills. The Course Of The Road Is Marked By Tree Stand Lines. The Road Has A Dirt Surface, Locally Grained With Aggregate. The Road Crown Is Approx. 3.0 M Wide - Up To Approx. 5.0 M Wide. The Road Is In Poor Condition, There Are Numerous Ruts And Holes That Cause Water Ponding. The Facility Does Not Meet The Requirements For Fire Protection Roads. – Lack Of Required Load Capacity, Gauge. The Road Is Drained On The Surface, Through A Permeable Surface Into The Ground And Through Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Into Adjacent Green Areas And Into Roadside Ditches, With Rainwater Management At The Plot Boundary. Overgrown Ditches, Partially Blocked - Require Repairs And Maintenance Consisting In Desilting And Cleaning The Existing Ditches. There Is A Culvert In Good Condition Under The Road. The Designed Road Course Was Marked Along The Broken Road Trace, Limited By The Lines Of Trees And Through Partial (Limited To A Minimum) Felling Of Trees, So As To Ensure Correct Road Parameters And Limit The Investment To Plots Belonging To The Investor. A Two-Way, Single-Lane, Single-Lane Road Was Designed With A Wood Storage Yard Serving Additionally As A Passing Place And A Place For Turning Vehicles Around.
