Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of Workshop Rooms To Adapt Them To The Rooms Of The Citys Main Civil Defense Warehouse At Ul. Prusa 16/18 In Siedlce

The Investment Plan Includes The Reconstruction, Superstructure And Comprehensive Renovation Of The Garage Building In Order To Adapt It To The Premises Of The Main Civil Defense Warehouse, Including, Among Others: Reconstruction Of Rooms To Adapt To The New Functional And Utility Layout, Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings, Renovation Of Floors, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Reconstruction Of Internal Installations, Insulation Of The Building Along With The Construction Of The Facade, Replacement Of The Roof, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Gutters. The Task Was Co-Financed Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Are An Annex To The Specifications Terms Of The Order, While The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional, Auxiliary Attachment. The Contractor Should Check The Bill Of Quantities Against The Design Documentation At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Price All Works Specified In The Documentation, Including The Design Drawings. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Execution Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb.
