The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Existing Road Lighting Line Along The District Road No. 2519L In Bronowice - 19 Lighting Points (Excluding Sou And Poles No. 13 And 14) Along With Luminaires With An Led Light Source, With Power Supplies Equipped With Zhaga Type Connectors And Controllers Enabling The Control Of Luminaires Via The Biot Individual Control System Used By The Ordering Party. Scope Subject Of The Order Includes: Construction Of Road Lighting In Bronowice, Scope Of Works (Materials Provided By The Contractor), Including: Includes:• Preparatory And Measuring Works;• Carrying Out Excavations And Drilling;• Laying Earthing Electrodes;• Erecting And Installing 19 Lighting Poles With Foundations;• Installing Cables, 19 Led Lighting Fixtures With Booms;• Carrying Out Measurements And Tests Of The Grounding Installation, Low-Voltage Cable Line, Lighting Intensity;• Making The Necessary Cuts Of Tree Branches;• Configuration, Implementation, And Ensuring The Operation Of The Lighting Control System (Including Also Costs Related To The Use Of The Interface, Licenses, Server Fees, Etc.) For A Period Of 10 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Investment. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility Within The Scope Of The Proposed Offer Price Also Includes: 1) Organization And Development Of Construction Sites, 2) Marking And Securing The Works Performed And Ensuring Safety On Construction Sites, 3) Obtaining Permission From The Competent Authority To Occupy The Road (District Road Administration In Puławy); 4) Development And Obtaining Approval Of The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction Works By The Competent Authority, 5) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, As Well As Possible Supplementation Of The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, 6) Ensuring Geodetic Services By Authorized Geodetic Services, Including Marking Out In The Field And Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory, 7) Implementing The Recommendations From The Protocols Of The Team For Coordination Of The Location Of The Designed Utility Networks Of The County Office Area Powiatowy In Puławy, 8) After Completion Of The Works - Tidying Up The Area, 9) Notifying The Competent Authority On Behalf Of The Ordering Party About The Completion Of Construction, Along With Obtaining A Document Confirming That This Authority Did Not Raise An Objection To The Notification Within The Statutory Deadline.
