The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Building Of The District Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Mielec At Ul. Skłodowska-Curie 8, As Part Of The Project Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Psse Building In Mielec. The Scope Includes In Particular: (1) Insulation Of Floor Layers Together With The Replacement Of Floors In The Basement In Rooms 0/10 And 0/11, Including Demolition Works, Underlayment, Insulation, Thermal Insulation Layer, Reinforced Screed, Stoneware Tile Floor And Reconstruction Works; (2) Execution Of Horizontal Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Walls By Pressure Injection With Silicate Preparations On The Full Wall Thickness Of Approx. 75 Cm And On A Length Of Approx. 19 M In Rooms 0/10 And 0/11; (3) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Top Floor Along With The Installation Of A Polystyrene Concrete Screed; (4) Creating A Ventilation Opening From Room 0/2 To The Corridor In Accordance With Figure A-1; (5) Replacement Of 3 Pieces Of Steel Doors Type Dw-1 - 1 Piece Each In Rooms 0/10 And 0/11 And 1 Piece At The Entrance To The Basement In Room 1/1 On The Ground Floor Plan. The Detailed Material Scope Is Specified In The Opz - Annex No. 11 To The Swz, And The Technical Requirements And Method Of Execution - The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, In The Scope Relating To The Works Covered By The Order.
