1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Grabów Nad Prosną (Plot No. 886, 887, 917/1 R. Grabów Nad Prosną-Miasto, Plot No. 221 R. Grabów Pustkowie), I.E. Ul. Wyszyński, Based On The Documents Specified In Point. 4.5 Swz.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Street Surface. Kolejowa In Grabowo Nad Prosną, Including: 1) Execution Of Earthworks, 2) Execution Of Structural Layers Of The Road And Road With A Surface Made Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, 3) Hardening Of The Roadsides And Entrances With Crushed Aggregate Within The Road, 4) Execution Of Vertical Markings, 5) Execution Of All Works And Activities Related To The Proper Implementation Of The Order, Even If They Have Not Been Performed Included In The Bill Of Quantities, 6) Full Construction Site Surveying Services: Marking Out, Possible Indication Of Boundaries, As Well As Preparing Surveying Inventory Maps After The Completion Of The Works, 7) All Repairs Of Above-Ground And Underground Devices Damaged During The Execution Of The Works, 8) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Related To The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Putting It Into Operation, Etc. 9) Ensuring Safety On The Construction Site And Around It, 10) Notifying Residents And Relevant Authorities (Including Institutions Making Documentation Arrangements Design Within The Deadlines Specified In The Arrangements) To Commence The Works, 11) Ensuring Ownership Supervision Of Network Operators (In Accordance With The Arrangements), 12) Other Activities Resulting From Industry Regulations Or Order Specifications. Note: The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Maintain The Construction Facilities, Prepare A Bioz Plan, Organize The Construction Site, Organize Road Traffic, Provide Surveying Services, Restore Surveying Signs In The Event Of Their Destruction, Damage Or Displacement During The Works, Perform All Research And Tests, Restore The Area And Surfaces Adjacent To The Facility To Their Previous Condition And Other Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order.
