1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Sports Infrastructure On The Premises Of Gos In Nadarzyn - Stage I, Carried Out With Co-Financing From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, As Part Of The Program For The Construction Of Full-Size Football Pitches - 2025 Edition. The Investment Is Carried Out In Nadarzyn, At Ul. Żółwińska 20;2) Scope Of Works: A) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Football Training Pitch With An Artificial Surface Made Of Synthetic Grass Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure (Ball Catchers, Goals, Stands, Lighting), B) The Project Envisages The Construction Of A Pitch From A Slab Measuring 64 X 110 M, With A Playing Field Measuring 60 X 100 M, With Margins Of 2 M Wide Along The Side Lines And 5 M Wide Behind Both Goals. The Framing Of The Pitch Will Be Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Edges With Cross-Section Dimensions Of 8X30 Cm Placed On A Thick Bench. Min. 10 Cm With Concrete Supports On Both Sides. The Height Arrangement Of The Pitch Is Adapted To The Remaining Elements Of The Land Development, In Particular Roads And Sidewalks, C) The Pitch Will Be Fully Fenced On Three Sides (Behind Both Goals And Along The Side Line On The Eastern Side) And In Sections Along The Side Line On The Western Side (At The Height Of The Penalty Areas), D) Linear Drainage Is Planned To Be Installed Under The Pitch, Discharging Water From The Drainage System To The Existing Storm Water Drainage System, E) The Pitch Will Be Illuminated With Projectors Led On Poles With A Height Of H = 12.0 M, F) Access To The Pitch And The Fan Zone Will Be Paved With A Paving Stone Surface. Prefabricated Stands With A Galvanized Steel Structure With Plastic Seats Will Be Installed On The Hardening Surface, G) Technical Parameters Of The Grass Surface As Well As The Shock-Absorbing Mat In Accordance With The Provisions In The Design Documentation, H) The Pitch Will Be Equipped With: - Ball Catches, - Hardened Surface Of Sidewalks Made Of Paving Stones, - Goals And Corner Flags, - Led Lighting Of The Pitch, - Elements Of Small Architecture, Including: Stands, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks And Park Benches.
