The Scope Of Works Includes: 1.Demolition Of The Existing Temporary (Military) Single-Span Road Bridge Over Rów Kramski (Length Approx. 10.50 M, Width Approx. 3.30 M), Including Dismantling Of The Steel Lattice Structure And Removal Of Supports From Concrete Rings. The Steel Bridge Span Should Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Investor. Other Demolition Materials (Concrete Rubble, Aggregate) Are Segregated And Sent For Recycling Or Disposal.2.Construction Of A Culvert Made Of Corrugated Steel Sheets With An Elliptical Cross-Section, With Internal Dimensions Of Approx. 4.34 × 2.72 M (Width × Height) And A Total Length Of 17.00 M, With The Ends Adapted To The Inclination Of The Embankment Slope (1:1.5), Placed Directly On An Aggregate Foundation And A Concrete Plug (Min. 50 Cm Thick), Made In A Protected Excavation With Steel Sheet Piles.3.Reconstruction Of A Section Of A Municipal Road With A Length Of Approx. 35 M, Including The Construction Of A Road With An Improved Soil Surface (Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate) 5.50 M Wide (2 × 2.75 M) And Roadsides On Both Sides With A Width Of Min. 0.75 M (Over The Culvert: Min. 1.75 M).4.Installation Of Concrete Protective Barriers Along The Edge Of The Road Above The Culvert, With Starting And Ending Sections - Total Length 20 M.5.Construction Of An Engineering Backfill Made Of Permeable Soil (Gravel-Sand Mixture, Is = 0.98 According To Proctor) And A Waterproof Screen (Hdpe Geomembrane, 1.0 Mm Thick With Pp Geotextiles) Over The Culvert Structure.6.Construction Of Anti-Erosion Reinforcements Of The Slopes And The Kramski Trench Bed Before The Inlet And Behind The Culvert Outlet (Range Of 6.50 M Each), Including: A) Stone Cladding On Concrete Around The Inlet And Outlet Of The Culvert, B) Chamber Geogrid Filled With Aggregate (Min. 20 Cm In Total) On Separation Geotextile, C) Palisade Made Of Wooden Pegs (Diameter 150 Mm, Length Min. 150 Cm) At The Base Of The Slopes, D) Stone Rip-Rap (30 Cm Thick) At The Bottom Of The Watercourse - Before The Inlet, Behind The Outlet And Inside The Culvert. All Requirements Specified In The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. If The Swz Contains Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer
