The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Reinforced Concrete Retaining Walls Of The Swimming Pool With A Height Of ~0.78 M Together With The Concrete Basin Of The Swimming Pool (The Swimming Pool Serves As A Closed Pond); 2) Demolition Of The Existing Hardenings (Pedestrian Access) And The Existing Low Greenery Within The Investment Area; 3) Demolition Of The Existing Street Lamps Together With A Fragment Of The Underground Lighting Installation Within The Investment Area; 4) Demolition Existing Concrete Platforms Next To The Building With A Height Of ~0.15 M;5) Building Structure - Construction Of A Free-Standing Orangery (Winter Garden) With Installations Inside The Building;6) Leveling The Area Within The Investment Area;;7) Construction Of An External Lighting Installation With Garden Lamps Within The Investment Area;8) Construction Of An External Underground Electrical Installation Supplying Power To The Designed Orangery Building.
