The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewerage Overvoltage From The Twój Parzniew Ii Housing Estate To The Existing Sanitary Sewer Located At Ul. Działkowa In Pruszków2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Documentation, Industry Standards And Conclusions Resulting From The Field Inspection And Inventory. The Construction Works Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Include The Performance Of All Works In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned. Construction Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Based On Our Own Inspections And Field Visits.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Provides A 60-Month Warranty For The Works Performed Against Defects, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.
