Norwida In Lubaczówthe Scope Of Part 1 Includes In Particular:• Replacement Of The Road Structure On Two Damaged Sections, Approximately 11 M And 31 M Long And With A Total Area Of ​​Approximately 210 M²; • Demolition Of The Existing 5 Cm Thick Asphalt Surface; • Construction Of New Sub-Base And Bituminous Surface Layers On The Modernized Sections; • Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course On An Area Of ​​530 M²; • Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Speed Bump; • Height Regulation Of One Rainwater Drainage Inlet; • Performance Of Other Preparatory, Accompanying And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1. Site Plan; 2. Bill Of Quantities Along With The Offer Cost Estimate; 3. Provisions Of The Swz And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. The Remuneration For The Performance Of Each Part Of The Order Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Offer Price Based On The Entire Order Documentation, Conditions Existing At The Place Of Work, Its Own Technical Knowledge And Experience, And The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Bill Of Quantities And The Offer Cost Estimate Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Serve The Contractor To Prepare The Offer Price Calculation. The Quantities Given Therein Should Be Verified On The Basis Of The Site Plan, Other Procurement Documents And An Inspection Of The Area. Any Deficiencies, Omissions Or Discrepancies In The Bill Of Quantities Do Not Constitute An Independent Basis For Increasing The Lump Sum Remuneration Or For Considering The Works As Additional, If The Performance Of These Works:1. Results From The Site Plan, Swz Or Other Procurement Documents; 2. Is Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose; 3. Could Have Been Foreseen By The Contractor Acting With Due Diligence, Based On The Order Documentation, Site Inspection, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations. In The Event Of Discrepancies, Omissions Or Ambiguities In The Order Documentation Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Contractor Should Contact The Ordering Party With A Request For Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz. The Offer Cost Estimate Submitted By The Contractor Does Not Change The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration.
