The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task In The Design And Build System For The Investment Entitled: Supplementing Street Lighting In The Ełk Commune. The Order Includes Design, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Construction Permits, As Well As Construction And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, All Necessary Design Studies Should Be Carried Out Together With The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, Obtain On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Arrangements, Permits, Approvals, Decisions And Approvals Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Terms Of The Contract, As Well As Build The Subject Of The Order And Obtain An Occupancy Permit Decision On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
