For Part No. 1 Reconstruction Of The Gołębowiec Foresters Lodge Building: The Scope Of Construction Works Includes Insulating The External Walls Of The Building With The Light Dry Method (Ventilated Wall) On 15 Cm Thick Facade Wool, With A Lambda Coefficient Not Worse Than 0.034 W/(M·K) While Maintaining The Façade Finishing With Formwork Boards (Removal Of The Old Board And Installation Of A New One). The Scope Of Works Includes: • Preparatory Works And Protective Measures, Demolition:• Dismantling Of The Formwork Board And Wooden Substructure,• Disposal Of Mineral Wool From The Demolition,• Dismantling Of Architraves And Stairs Around The Building,• Excavation, Drying, Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Foundation Walls And Their 10 Cm Thick Insulation,• Dismantling Of The Polystyrene Plinth,• Dismantling Of Canopies On The Gable Walls,• Dismantling Of Windows And Doors Entrances, • Disassembly Of Downpipes And Gutters, • Designed Works: • Disassembly Of The Existing Formwork Board Covering Together With Fastening Patches, • Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Exposed Wooden Structure And Making Any Carpentry Repairs, • Insulating The Foundation Walls With 10 Cm Thick Styrodur, • Impregnation Of The Wooden Structure With Fungicides, Insecticides And Fire Retardants, • Installation Of The Frame Wooden 10 Cm High Horizontally And Placing Insulation Between Them, • Cross-Assembly Of A 5 Cm High Vertical Frame And Laying Wool Between It, • Installation Of A Vapor-Permeable Windproof Membrane On The Outside Of The Insulation, • Installation Of A Wooden Grid (Counter Batten) Creating A Ventilation Gap, • Installation Of A New Façade Cladding Made Of Formwork Boards (Reconstructing The Layout And Appearance Of The Existing Façade), • Performing Sheet Metal Work (Window Sills, Eaves, Eaves) And Sealing Of Window And Door Joinery Joints With A New Layer Of Insulation, • Impregnation And Protection Of The New Board Covering (Fungicides, Fire Retardants, Hydrophobic/Uv Agents), • Replacement Of Windows And Window Sills, • Replacement Of External Doors, • Replacement Of Gutters, • Reconstruction Of Roofs On The Gable Walls, • Reconstruction Of The Band Around The Building And Construction Of Entrance Stairs From Blocks Concrete, • Additional Insulation Of A Room In The Attic, • Tidying Up The Construction Site And Removing Waste.
