12.1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A 9-Seater Bus Called A Microbus For Transporting Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Krowica Lasowa, Which Meets The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended); 12.1.2.The Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle Are Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party12.1.3.The Car Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations: A) Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended); B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022 - As Amended). 12.1.4.The Place Of Delivery Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.12.1.5.The Seller Provides A Warranty (Full Truckload, Without Mileage Limits) For The Sold Car For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations.12.1.6.The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Warranty Documents No Later Than On The Day Of Receipt Of The Vehicle.12.1.7.The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter.12.1.8.The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: Cost Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Vat.12.1.9.If The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Actions Of Subcontractors Towards The Ordering Party As For Its Own.12.2.The Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle Are Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party12.3.The Requirements (Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting - Annex No. 3 To The Swz; Task: Co-Financing From Pfron Funds For Projects Under Area D Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii
