A. The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The Playground At Czajki Streetb.The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: 1. Preparation Of Design Documentation Required To Submit A Construction Notification And Obtain All Consents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 2. Dismantling The Indicated Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture; 3. Delivery And Installation Of New Playground Equipment;4.Construction Of A Sandy Safety Zone; 5. Delivery And Installation Of Street Furniture Elements;6.Renovation Of Playground Equipment;C.Moreover, As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Status Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Before The Execution Of Works That Disappear Or Are Covered, In Advance Enabling The Ordering Party To Inspect Them; If The Contractor Fails To Fulfill This Obligation And Doubts Arise As To The Correctness Of The Execution Of These Works, The Ordering Party May Request Their Discovery, Dismantling Or Re-Performance At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Without The Contractors Right To Extend The Contract Implementation Deadline; B) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Construction Of Surfaces And Safety Zones In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Relevant Standards From The Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Groups Or Equivalent Standards. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Devices With The Required Standards, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, For Each Playground Device Separately, A Certificate Of Conformity Issued By An Accredited Conformity Assessment Body. The Ordering Party Accepts Certificates Issued By Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies And Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence Under The Principles Specified In Art. 105 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Originals Of These Documents Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party At The Latest Upon Notification Of Readiness For Final Acceptance; C) Tidy Up And Level The Area After Completing All The Works, Dispose Of Any Excavated Rubble Or Other Waste At Its Own Expense In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Throughout The Entire Area Covered By The Scope Of Work, In Places Where There Are Losses Of Soil And Grass, The Contractor Will Repair These Places And Sow Grass, For Which He Will Provide A One-Year Warranty Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Entire Task; D) Renovations And Repairs Of Any Damage Caused During The Work, E.G. Damage To The Pavement Surface; E) Transport Of Equipment From The Base To The Place Of Work And Back At The Companys Own Expense. The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Specification Of The Order Terms, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Applicable Laws, Relevant Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
