I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties In The Słońsk Commune, Provided Within A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From October 1, 2026. Until September 30, 2027 1) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Systematic Collection And Transport Of The Following Fractions Of Municipal Waste: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste (200301) Collected In Containers, B) Municipal Waste Collected Selectively In Bags, Including: – Paper (150101, 200101), – Glass (150107, 200102), – Plastics (150102, 200139), Metal (150104, 200140), Multi-Material Packaging (150105), - Bio-Waste (200108, 200201), - Clothing (200110)C) Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, Not Requiring Special Containers For Collection, Including Furniture, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment (20 01 36, 20 01 35) And Other Large-Sized Waste (200307).2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Containers For Collecting Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And The Supply Of Bags For Selective Waste Collection. The Contractor Will Replenish The Bags For Selective Waste Collection By Leaving Empty Bags At The Entrance To The Property On The Day Of Collection Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste, In The Quantity And Type Corresponding To The Number And Type Of Bags Collected. The Offer Should Also Provide For The Delivery Of Containers And Bags To Newly Constructed Properties. The Contractor Will Equip The Indicated Properties With The Necessary Number And Type Of Containers And Bags Within 10 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. On The Day Of Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide Provide The Contractor With A List Of Properties With A Detailed Description Of The Types Of Containers And Bags With Which They Should Be Equipped. The Above-Mentioned List Will Be Updated Once A Quarter. Ii. Frequency Of Municipal Waste Collection1. The Contractor Collects Each Collected Amount Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties With The Following Frequency: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Single-Family And Multi-Family Properties - Every 2 Weeks; B) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - From Indicated Multi-Family Properties And Indicated Uninhabited Properties, Only From The Area Of Słońsk - Every Week; C) Segregated Waste Municipal: – Paper, Glass, Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging, Metals (In Bags) – Every Month; – Bio-Waste – Every Week From April To October And Every 2 Weeks From November To March; – Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste And Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment – At Least 4 Times During The Term Of The Contract; – Clothing – Twice During The Term Of The Contract. 2. In The Case Of Uninhabited Real Estate, The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Ordering Party Any Cases Of Collecting More Waste Than The Amount Declared By The Owner Of The Real Estate.
