The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E - Including The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service To The Consumption Point Of The Social Welfare Home In Blachownia Through The Appropriate Distribution System Operator (Dso).2.Order Execution Period: From November 1, 2026 To October 31, 2027.3.The Estimated Gas Volume During The Term Of The Contract Is 72,000 M³.4.The Forecast Amount Of Gas Fuel Is Indicative And Is Used To Compare Offers And Estimate The Value Of The Order. The Actual Consumption Of Gas Fuel Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Indications Of The Measurement And Billing System.5.The Ordering Party Does Not Undertake To Collect The Entire Forecast Volume Of Gas Fuel. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Payment For Gas Fuel Not Collected By The Ordering Party, Subject To The Amounts Due Under The Applicable Dso Tariffs And The Provisions Of The Contract.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And The Possibility Of Providing Its Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Consumption Point Through The Appropriate Dso, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Tariffs And Principles Of Operation Of The Distribution System.7.The Ordering Party Informs That As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Procedure, The Gas Installation In The Social Welfare Home In Blachownia Is In Progress And Connected To The Gas Network. The Planned Date Of Completion Of The Gas Installation Is October 15, 20268.In Accordance With The Conditions For Connection To The Gas Network, The Off-Take Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party Should Take Place No Later Than November 30, 20269.As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings, The Gas Meter Has Not Yet Been Installed. Therefore, As Of The Date Of Publication Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Does Not Have The Gas Meter Number Or - Until The Off-Take Point Is Launched - All Data Identifying The Off-Take Point, In Particular The Pod/Ppg.10 Number.Data Identifying The Consumption Point, In Particular The Pod/Ppg Number And The Gas Meter Number, Will Be Provided To The Contractor After They Have Been Assigned Or Determined By The Relevant Dso.11.The Lack Of A Gas Meter And The Lack Of A Pod/Ppg Number As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings Does Not Prevent The Submission Of An Offer.
