The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Pomistrzów. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: A) Delivery (Handover) Of A Brand New Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department Based In Pomistrzów (Hażlach Commune), B) Transfer Of Complete Documentation Along With The Vehicle Enabling Its Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, C) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, D) Performing The Required Service Work/Inspections During The Warranty Period. The Car Must Meet The Technical Conditions Provided For By The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland For Fire Engines Traveling On Public Roads And The Conditions Provided For By The Provisions Of Community Law In The European Union For This Type Of Vehicles
