3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services In The Premises Of The District Court Building In Brzesko (32-800 Brzesko, Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 20) And Cleaning Of The Areas Adjacent To The Building.3.2.The Ordering Partys Registered Office Is Located On 4 Floors In A Building At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki No. 20 With An Elevator. 3.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope, Frequency Of Works Covered By The Order And The Size And Characteristics Of The Area Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.3.4.The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To: A) Employ Such A Number Of Employees As To Guarantee Uninterrupted Execution Of The Order, Including Not Less Than 1 Person To Perform The Daily Service Every Day And Not Less Than 3 People To Perform Daily Cleaning, Taking Into Account The Rules Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz, B) Delegate Employees To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order Who Have Appropriate Experience And Health Status, C) Equip Employees With Name Badges That Should Be Worn During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, D) Purchase Funds At Its Own Expense Technical And Materials And Cleaning Products Necessary To Perform The Services, Including Agents And Materials For Cleaning Office Equipment (Computer Monitors), Handrails, Light Switches, Plexiglass Covers, Cleaning Agents (Materials And Cleaning Agents Must Be Suitable For Cleaning Specific Surfaces - A Detailed List Of Surfaces And Cleaning Requirements Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Opz), E) Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Using Own Machines, Agents, Tools, Devices And Safeguards, F) Performance Of The Service While Maintaining Sanitary Regimes, In Accordance With Applicable Technologies, Guidelines And Regulations. 3.5.Due To The Nature Of The Institution To Which The Order In Question Applies And The Stricter Security Requirements In Force, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order Should Not Be Punished For A Crime. Persons Who Submit A Declaration Of No Criminal Record May Be Directed To Provide The Service.
