4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Telescopic Tractor, Equipped With A Three-Point Linkage And Pto With A Suspended Cabin.4.2.General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Telescopic Tractor, Equipped With A Three-Point Hitch System (Tuz), Power Take-Off Shaft (Pto) And A Cab With Shock Absorption. 2) The Telescopic Tractor Must Be Technically Complete, Ready For Use As Intended And Intended In Particular For Loading, Reloading And Transport Work. 3) The Telescopic Tractor And All Its Components Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Come From Exhibition, Repair Or Previous Use. 4) The Telescopic Tractor Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Regarding: - Safety Of Use Of Machines;  Protection Of Users Health And Life;  Environmental Protection;  Admission Of Vehicles To Traffic On Public Roads. 5) The Telescopic Tractor Must Have The Ce Marking, If Required By Law, And Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Regulations Regarding Machinery And Their Safety. 6) The Telescopic Tractor Must Be Adapted To Travel On Public Roads Together With The Trailer And Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations Applicable To The Type And Category Of The Vehicle. 7) The Telescopic Tractor Must Have Complete Equipment Required By Law To Move On Public Roads, In Particular Appropriate Lighting, Signaling Devices, Braking System, Steering System And Other Equipment Required For This Type Of Vehicle. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Telescopic Tractor, Complete Documentation Required For Its Registration And Admission To Traffic On Public Roads, To The Extent Required By Law, In Particular Documents Confirming Compliance With Approval Requirements Or Individual Approval Requirements, If Required For A Given Type And Category Of Vehicle. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Register The Telescopic Tractor, Including Documents Required By The Competent Registration Authority. 10) The Telescopic Tractor Must Have Technical Documentation, An Operating Manual In Polish And Documents Required For Its Correct, Safe And Intended Use. 11) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Regarding The Telescopic Tractor, In Particular: - Operating Instructions In Polish;  Technical Documentation;  Warranty Documents;  Documents Confirming Admission To Use, If Required;  Documents Necessary For Registration And Admission To Traffic On Public Roads Together With The Trailer;  Other Documents Required By Law. 12) The Telescopic Tractor Must Be Delivered In A Condition Enabling Its Immediate Use, After The Contractor Has Completed All Preparatory Activities Required By The Manufacturer. 13) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Telesc
