A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7A To The Swz. A Separate Contract Will Be Concluded For The Orders According To The Template Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Warranty - Applies To Parts No. I, Ii, Iii1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: A Minimum Of 12 Months Quality Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order. 2) The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report, In The Event Of Any Defects, From The Date Of The Report Confirming The Removal Of Defects, And For The Replaced Items And Devices From The Date Of Their Replacement. 3) The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Period Indicated In The Offer. 4) If The Manufacturers Warranty For Items, Devices Or Equipment Is Shorter Than That Declared By The Contractor In The Offer, The Contractor Shall Provide Its Own Warranty Supplementing The Warranty Period Declared By The Contractor In The Offer. The Granting Of A Supplementary Warranty Does Not Require The Issuance Of A Warranty Document.4.Items Must Be Brand New, First-Class, Unused, Not Exhibited, Without Legal Or Physical Defects, Unopened, Undamaged, In The Original Packaging, With Operating Instructions, If The Manufacturer Provided Them. The Items Must Meet The Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Specified In The Order Documents, Including The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 7 (A, B, C) To The Swz And The Contractors Offer Prepared On Their Basis.5.All Products Must Be Admitted To Commercial Circulation And Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals, And Should Be Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards In This Field.
