The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Rescue Services And The Provision Of First Aid Services At The Indoor Swimming Pool In Limanowa For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Provision Of Services By Water Lifeguards, Consisting In Ensuring The Safety Of People Bathing And Staying At The Indoor Swimming Pool In Limanowa In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of People Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714); B) With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of January 23, 2012 On The Minimum Requirements For The Number Of Water Rescuers Ensuring Constant Control Of A Designated Water Area (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1981).2) Ensuring The Implementation Of Basic Rescue Tasks Water By Persons Who Are Lifeguards, Under Which The Contractors Obligation Is To: A) Ensure Order And Safety Of Persons Staying In The Swimming Pool Basin And On The Swimming Pool Beach; B) Constant Presence Of The Required Number Of Lifeguards In The Supervision Zones Specified In The Safety Analysis Of The Limanowska Swimming Pool And Constant Presence Of At Least One Lifeguard In The External Zone During Its Operating Hours; C) Supervising Compliance With The Swimming Pool Regulations And Other Order Regulations By Persons Using The Swimming Pool; D) Supervision Of The Movement Of People Within The Swimming Pools And Swimming Pool Beach And Showers; Checking The Sanitary Condition Of People Entering The Swimming Pool Hall, In Particular Washing Under The Showers And Disinfecting Their Feet; E) Monitoring The Bathing Conditions And Recording These Conditions In The Indoor Swimming Pool Lifeguards Work Journal; F) Eliminating Contamination Created On The Water And Around The Pool While On Rescue Duty; G) Keeping An Ongoing Work Record Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Lifeguards; H) Operating Swimming Pool Equipment; Cooperation With The Technical Department In The Field Of Safety And Proper Functioning Of Devices Located In The Swimming Pool Hall;I) Operating The Medical Point And Keeping It Tidy;J) Providing Customers With Comprehensive Information On The Swimming Pool Regulations, Operation And Operation Of Devices Such As: Sauna, Jacuzzi, Etc.3.
