1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Emergency Ambulance With A Gvm Of Over 3.5 Tons.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. This Description Applies To The Order Of One Ambulance In Accordance With The Above. Attached . 3. When Specifying Requirements Regarding Standards, The Ordering Party Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards (Pn-En 1789+A1:2024-06) Or Equivalent Ones - In The Scope Of Each Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Product Range In Which Such Standards Are Specified. 4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Warranty Inspections Once A Year During The Warranty Period Of The Vehicles Medical Installation (During The Entire Warranty Period).5.In Addition: 1) The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Warranty Service Authorized To Carry Out Warranty Repairs Of Vehicles And Equipment In Poland, Located Closest To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, No Further Than 60 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office In The Scope Of Authorized Chassis Service. 2) The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Warranty And Post-Warranty Service For Medical Equipment In Poland. 3) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Base Vehicle, Without Mileage Limitation, Is 24 Months. 4) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Specialized Ambulance Body Is 24 Months. 5) The Minimum Warranty Period For Body Perforation Is 120 Months. 6) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Paint Coating Is 24 Months. 7) The Minimum Warranty Period For A Complete Vehicle (I.E. Chassis And Special Bodywork) Is 24 Months. 8) The Period Of All Warranty Starts From The Date Of Handing Over The Complete Vehicle Adapted For An Ambulance To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Operating Instructions For Medical Staff In The Scope Of Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Ambulance When Transferring A Vehicle Adapted To An Ambulance, And To Train Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Technical Services, Operation And Repairs Within The Deadline Set In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 10) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Install Command Support System Devices /Swd/ In The Ambulance, Consisting Of A Gps Module, A Printer With A Base, A Portable Tablet With A Base / Docking Station / And An Articulated Handle, Without Losing The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty. 11) The Offered Ambulance Must Have Approval Documents Required Under The Act Of 14 April 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment And Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018 On The Approval And Market Surveillance Of Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers And Systems, Components And Separate Technical Units Intended For These Vehicles, Enabling The Vehicle To Be Registered As A Sanitary Ambulance In The Territory Republic Of Poland.
