Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Cnc Milling Plotter

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Cnc Milling And Cutting Plotter To The Headquarters Of The National Center For Nuclear Research In Otwock.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Cnc Milling And Cutting Plotter Intended For Processing Materials Such As Wood, Plastics, Composites And Aluminum, Along With Its Transport, Carrying, Installation, Commissioning And Training Of The Operators And Staff Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of The Device And Software, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Volume Iii Of Swz (Opz). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of A Complete Operator Station, Including: - A Control Computer, - Software With A Perpetual License Enabling The Independent Preparation Of Batch Files (Import And Processing Of Projects) And Direct Control Of The Plotter Operation Without The Need To Purchase Additional External Licenses3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Device: 1) Brand New, Unused, 2) Free From Physical And Legal Defects, 3) Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery. 4. The Execution Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Transport At The Contractors Expense, 2) Bringing It To The Installation Site, 3) Installation And Commissioning, 4) User Training; 5) Providing Technical Documentation; 6) Providing Service At The Premises Of The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period; 7) Providing A Set Of Spare And Consumable Parts For The Purpose Of Replacing Them As Part Of The Service And Warranty, In Accordance With Volume Iii Swz (Opz); 8) Guarantee Of Parts Availability For A Specified Period (10 Years), 9) Ensuring Authorized Service In Poland Or Eu.5. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Volume Ii Swz (Ppu) - Designed Provisions Of The Contract And In Volume Iii Swz (Opz) - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793), The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Offers Involving Supplies Or Services From The So-Called Third Countries Not Parties To International Agreements.7. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
