The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Inspection, Maintenance, Repair And Cleaning Of Separators And Settling Tanks Installed In The Municipal Stormwater Sewage System (List Of Devices Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Classified As Hazardous. Within 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform An Operational And Periodic Technical Inspection Of All Separators And Settling Tanks Included In The List Of Storm Sewage Systems Of The City Of Łomża (Including Preparation Of An Appropriate Report) And Will Prepare Construction Facility Books (Paper Or Electronic Version, The So-Called E-Kob) Together With Supplementing The Entries, And Will Also Perform A Service Consisting In Cleaning 27 Pieces Of Separators Of Petroleum And Derivative Compounds. 13 Separate Settling Tanks Located In Front Of The Separators, Which Are Equipped With The Municipal Storm Sewage System In Łomża, Included In The List Of Storm Sewage Systems In The City Of Łomża.
