Task 1. Analytical Balance – 2 Pieces.1. The Objective And Quantitative Scope And Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Technical Specification, And The Requirements Indicated There Should Be Treated As Specifying The Required Minimum Level Of Requirements. The Contractor May Offer A Device With Higher Parameters Than Those Specified In The Technical Specification. The Required Functionality Of The Offered Device Cannot Be Achieved By Using Various Types Of Adapters, Splitters, Etc., Unless The Ordering Party Has Allowed Such A Solution.2. The Contractors Obligations Include Delivering (Including Bringing) The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Implementation (Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party), Assembled And Ready For Use. Confirmation Of The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Protocol Signed By The Parties Confirming The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Without Previous Use, Not Post-Exposure, Free From Quantitative And Qualitative Defects, With Technical Parameters Indicated In Annex 3 To The Terms Of Reference.4. Other Conditions In Accordance With Swz And Annexes.
