1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Preparation And Implementation Of An Outgoing Training With Overnight Stay Entitled: Regional Development As A Source Of Social Integration - Practical Workshops On Case Analysis And Building Motivation And Commitment In Teams For Employees Of The Silesian Voivodeship Marshals Office2.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (In Short: Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz/Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is Consistent With The Criterion Of Access To All Users, Including Disabled People. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Opz, The Ordering Party Requires The Following: A) The Building And Rooms Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411), Including Those With Mobility Disabilities, And Have The Necessary Infrastructure In Accordance With Art. 6(1) Of The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs. This Means That The Building Must Be Free Of Architectural Barriers And If They Exist, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Alternative Access. Access To The Training Room Should Be Provided On Level 0 Without The Need To Climb Stairs Or With Direct Access To The Elevator; B) The Building Should Be Equipped With At Least 1 Toilet Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. Access To Rooms For People With Disabilities Should Be Provided On Level 0 Without The Need To Climb Stairs Or With Direct Access To The Elevator. The Building Should Include Appropriate Signs And Information To Facilitate Navigation Around The Facility; C) Training Materials Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Accessibility And The Principles Of Universal Design, I.E. In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411) And The Provisions On The Digital Accessibility Of Websites And Mobile Applications Of Public Entities And The Wcag 2.1 Standard. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adapt The Training Materials To The Individual Needs Of Participants (E.G. In An Enlarged Version, Text-Based, Easy To Read, Available For Screen Readers) And/Or The Possibility Of Providing An Induction Loop Or A Polish Sign Language Interpreter.
