The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Six One-Day Trips As Part Of Cultural And Development Activities For Participants Of The Sądecki Senior Center In Nowy Sącz - A Support Center In The Form Of A Self-Help Club Operating Within The Organizational Structure Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Nowy Sącz, Consisting Of Six Tasks - Two As Part Of The Financial Resources Granted By The Targeted Subsidy Of The Voivode Of Małopolska To The Extent Established In The Multi-Annual Program For The Elderly Active Seniors - Asy For The Years 2026 - 2030, 2026 Edition For The Task Of Ensuring The Operation Of A Support Center For The Elderly And Four Within The Own Funds Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Nowy Sącz: 1) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Inwałd And Kalwaria Zebrzydowska;2) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Niedzica;3) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Regietowo;4) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To An Apiary Farm;5) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Łańcut;6) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Szczawnica - Jaworek.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Contract Template, Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Contract Template Specifies The Quality Standards Set By The Ordering Party, Which Refer To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For All The Mentioned Trips. If The Contractor Submits An Offer For Not All Trips, It Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) I.E. Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Value The Entire Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Price All 6 One-Day Trips Taking Into Account All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of The Order Together With The Annexes And To Include All Costs For Proper Performance In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Offers For Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract - Single One-Day Trips.
