The Technical School Complex In Żnin. 2. The Ordering Party Included A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.The Order Also Includes The Disposal Of Packaging And Unusable Materials. 4. Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order: Minimum 24 Months, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of Warranty Service May Be: 1) Specified In The Warranty Card Attached To The Delivered Subject Of The Order. 2) Provided On A Durable Medium, 3) Delivered In An Intangible Way (By Providing An Access Path On The Internet Where You Can Download The Terms And Conditions Of Warranty Service).6.All Furniture Should Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Enabling Its Use In Educational Institutions.7. The Price Should Include Delivery And Installation.8.The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Any Defects Reported By The Ordering Party Free Of Charge For The Duration Of The Warranty. The Contractor Will Provide Access To Technical Support, Enabling The Reporting Of Defects Or Failures Via The Internet Or By Phone.9.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk.10.
