The Subject Of The Order, Defined As Part 1 - Task 1, Is The Delivery Of One Brand New Agricultural Tractor That Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specified In Detail In The Technical And Price Specification Form, Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Future Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5A To The Swz.1/ As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery In Question, Such As Delivering The Subject Of The Order To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And Bearing All Costs Of Transport, Securing The Equipment And Its Insurance During Transport; 2/ The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide, Together With The Subject Of The Order, Its Full Documentation In Polish (Or With A Translation Into Polish), Allowing The Ordering Party To Use The Equipment In Accordance With Its Technical And Economic Purpose, In Particular: Approval Certificate; Vehicle Card – If Required; Warranty Card, Service Book Or Other Documents Related To The Granted Warranty And Other Unlisted Documents Related To The Tractor, Necessary To Insure The Tractor And Register It.3/ Warranty. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Manufacturers Warranty, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And The Contractors Offer - Contained In The Content Of The Technical And Price Specification Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Delivered Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Warranty Rights Under The Terms Specified In The Civil Code.
