Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install Above-Ground Sockets For Municipal Waste, Consisting Of Containers With Capacities From 1.5 M3 To 3 M3 And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law And Technical Standards. A Tolerance Of Up To 10% Is Allowed In The Capacity Of Containers. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works In The Following Scope: 1) Ul. Kwiatowa Plot 23; 46/10 Precinct 104 Bytów - 1 Nest - Execution Of Preparatory And Earthworks, Fencing Of The Safety Zone And Securing The Area, Construction Works Consisting Of: Leveling The Slope, The Leveling Area Covers Approx. 1 M Into The Slope Along The Entire Length Of The Placed Containers, Securing The Slope With A Concrete Slab Or A Concrete Retaining Wall, Construction Of A Hardened Square With Paving Stones On The Foundation For Leveled Surface, Limited By A Concrete Edge, Construction Works Related To The Installation Of Above-Ground Waste Collection Containers;2) Ul.
