The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Diesel Oil Meeting The Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06 Standard Or Equivalent In Grades B, D, F (Oils For The Summer, Transitional And Winter Periods) To The Municipal Waste Management Plant In Adamki Near Radzyń Podlaski Sp. Z O. O. – Installation In Biała 185 B, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski, In An Estimated Amount Of 120,000 Liters During The 12-Month Contract Period. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Indicated Amount Of 120,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil To Be Delivered During The Contract Period Is Only An Estimate. The Actual Amount Of Diesel Oil During The Order Execution Period Will Depend On The Needs Arising From The Ordering Partys Business. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Actual Demand For Supplies Covered By The Subject Of The Order During Its Implementation Period Is Lower Than The Assumed One Indicated Above, However, The Minimum Amount Of Diesel Oil To Be Delivered To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Is Set At 90,000 L.2. The Quality Of The Delivered Diesel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Legal Regulations In Force On The Date Of Delivery, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended).3. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Storage Tank In Tanks That Must Have A Valid Permit For The Transport Of Liquid Fuels In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations On The Date Of Delivery, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707). Tank Trucks Should Have A Certified Measuring Device To Measure The Amount Of Diesel Oil Discharged Into The Fuel Storage Tank Owned By The Ordering Party. The Quantity Of Deliveries Should Be Settled In Accordance With The Readings Of The Counter/Flow Meter (With Confirmed Legalization) Installed On The Road Tanker At A Reference Temperature Of +150C.4. The Ordering Party Has A Fuel Storage Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters With A Filling Line, A Two-Inch Filling Connector And An Unloading Connector.5. The Contractor Bears All Costs Of Transporting Diesel Fuel To The Place Of Execution Of The Order, I.E. Municipal Waste Management Plant In Adamki Near Radzyń Podlaski Sp. Z O. O. – Installation In Biała 185 B, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski), Insurance Of The Delivery Item And Costs Of Moving The Oil From The Means Of Transport To The Ordering Partys Storage Tank.6.
