The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A 9-Passenger Car Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Including The Possibility Of Transporting 1 Person In A Wheelchair. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Under The Program Of The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii (Area D). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Characteristics Of The Minimum Parameters, Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Contract Template. The Delivered Car Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Previously Registered, Without Traces Of Use, Free From Construction, Material And Legal Defects, Not Being A Demonstration Or Test Vehicle, With An Intact Original Paint Coating. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Must Have All Legally Required Documents For Its Registration Or Re-Registration. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Registered/Re-Registered By The Ordering Party. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle. The Offered Subject Of The Order On The Date Of Preparation Of The Offer Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In This Agreement.
