Tenders Are Invited For Works Related To Cutting Down Trees And Bushes For The Planned Expansion Route Of National Road No. 22

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including Work In The Field Of Harvesting And Skidding Of Wood, Dismantling Of Fencing And Agrotechnical Melioration To Be Performed In The Człopa Forest District In The Zamkowy Las And Mielęcin Forest Districts, In Connection With The Felling Of Trees For The Expansion Of National Road No. 22. The Wood Will Be Harvested On Forest Land, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The State Forests. The Detailed Start And End Date Of The Works Will Be Specified In Order. Individual Types Of Work Will Be Ordered On Separate Orders And Received On Separate Work Acceptance Protocols. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Issue A Separate Invoice For Each Work Acceptance Report. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Harvesting And Skidding Of Wood, Dismantling Of Fencing And Agrotechnical Land Improvement Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 2.1. – Planned Size Of Works; Annex No. 2.2. – Detailed Scope Of Work By Activity Groups, Activities And Locations; Annex No. 2.3. – List Of Items Not Available For Machine Extraction; Annex No. 2.4.1. – 2.4.5. – Characteristics Of The Mielęcin And Zamkowy Las Forests In Terms Of Wood Harvesting (Maps With Location); Annex No. 2.5. – Sorting System For Wood Harvesting In Forestry; Annex No. 2.6. – List Of Distances And Conditions For Skidding Wood; Annex 2.7. – List Of Items With Additional Difficulties In Terms Of Harvesting And Skidding. Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex No. 3. Description Of The Technology For Carrying Out Works Related To Felling For The Construction Of Roads And Power Transmission Lines (Otwpwdlp). The Detailed Description Of The Technology For Carrying Out Works Related To Felling For Construction Purposes Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Roads And Power Transmission Lines (Activities), Constitutes The Basis For Determining The Quality Requirements Relating To The Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). If The Activity Described In The Above Annexes Was Not Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Then The Provisions Of Annex No. 3 To The Swz Do Not Apply In This Respect. Descriptions Of Activity Codes Describing Individual Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. A Description Of The Rules For The Procedure For Accepting Works Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Material Scopes Listed In The Annexes Included In Appendix No. 2 Are Estimates.
