The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport And Return Of 10 Disabled Children From Their Place Of Residence In The Following Towns: Raciąż, Raciąski Młyn, Białowieża, Niwki, Bladowo, Mały Mędromierz, Rzepiczna To The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola: A) Raciąż - 2 Peopleb) Raciąski Młyn - 2 Peoplec) Białowieża - 1 Persond) Niwki - 1 Persone) Bladowo - 1 Personf) Mały Mędromierz - 1 Persong) Rzepiczna - 1 Person (Delivery And Pick-Up 3 Times A Week)H) Jesionowo - 1 Person (Pick-Up 5 Times A Week)The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services For Ordering Transport Services From The Childrens Place Of Residence To The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola And On The Return Route From The Special Educational And Educational Center In Tuchola To Their Place Of Residence. The List Of Childrens Residential Addresses Will Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Contract And Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires That The Transport Of Children From The Place Of Residence To The Special Educational Center In Tuchola And To The Place Of Residence Take Place In One Trip. Detailed Requirements Related To The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise The Greatest Care In Performing The Subject Of The Order. B) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Process, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order. C) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Children To Be Transferred To Another Vehicle During Transport, Except For Special Reasons. D) Travel Times (Arrival And Return) From Monday To Friday, On School Days In Accordance With The Agreed Class Schedule. E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Care For Children During Transport And On The Way Back And To Maintain Special Safety During The Transport Of Children. F) Students Will Be Picked Up From Their Place Of Residence (Exact Addresses Will Be Provided To The Contractor When Signing The Contract). G) The Number Of Students Transported May Increase Or Decrease; After Each Change, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Current List Of Students. H) In The Event Of Changes In The Number Of Transported Children, The Contractor Undertakes To Transport Children In Accordance With The Amended List From The Day After The Parties Introduce A Change To The Contract Regarding The List Of Students And The Place Of Their Pickup. I) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Safety Of Students When Boarding And Disembarking And While Driving.
