Requirements For The Supplier: 1. Purchase And Delivery Of Goods With Installation Services Must Be Carried Out At The Expense Of The Supplier; 2. Guarantee The Quality And Reliability Of The Goods And Services Supplied (The Goods Must Be New And Unused); In Case Of Delivery Of Low-Quality, Damaged Goods, The Supplier Is Obliged To Repair Or Replace The Goods Within One Working Day; 3. The Supplier Is Obliged To Repair Or Replace The Goods Within The Stipulated Guaranteed Period; 4. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Supplied Goods With The Requirements Established By Technical Regulations, Provisions Of Standards Or Other Documents In Accordance With The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan On Technical Regulation.
